I ordered 5 phones direct from China. I was trying to buy the model of phone individually but they were too expensive, but I looked into buying them wholesale and saw the prices were so low and thought I could also make a small profit from it.

Anyway I use the phone myself now and they aren't perfect, there are a few faults, such as it will not connect to the computer through the cable (still connects via bluetooth). Other than that everything seems fine.

All my customers ask for refunds which I give because I don't want to get into any trouble. I told the supplier and she says do not give refunds but tell them to send it to me and I will repair it for free. They are never interested in this though. I have also sent phones back to be replaced and they are still not 100% working order.

She refuses to do any refunds. Please help, what can I do?? I spent over $1000 and im only a student!

  1. If you are ebaying them or craigslisting them, make sure to put on your add that you do not offer refunds, HOWEVER you must disclose these imperfections or your customers WILL have a legal leg to stand on when they sue you.  Even if it is put in tinny tiny print just make sure it is all there!!!!

  2. It's always  the "buyer beware" policy. And you're dealing with China on top of that, so good luck recuperating that money. I think I'd go with another company in the future
