Its for a Bob Dylan concert. The ticket says Floor Seating and it has an assigned seat number. I didn't know people sit at concerts...does anyone know?

  1. you have an assigned seat so you don't have to get there exrta early to reserve a seat or anything, but people usually end up standing up throughout most of the conert

  2. I think they started putting out chairs and assigning seats in order to control crowds better, you know keep people from 'rushing the stage' and all.

No I doubt anyone will sit down unless there is a break between the warm up band and Dylan. Though, Dylan might be more tame than some shows I have been to.

  3. don't count on sitting much. it just means standing room will be more comfortable. you won't be crowded. have fun!

  4. No...it will be exactly the opposite. People only sit if they're like in the very back of the arena!!
