how do you put on your tail bone pad and

hip pads im confused by it

When you get your football pants there will be slits on the waist that line up with your 2 hip pads and your but pad then all you do is loop your belt through the pads and the slits on the pants.

ether a belt or a girdle, but i bought a girdle with pads built into it its alot easier then always taking pads out and putting them back in

buy a girdle much better then putting it on the belt
