I bought item on Ebay but never recieved.?

Item had tracking number and it shows being in the local post office but was never delivered to my mail box at my apartment.

Will paypal refund my money?

Contact the seller first and see if they'll issue a refund. If they do not, then file a dispute with paypal.

Give the seller at least 1 chance to work with you on this problem.

If its been scanned at your local post office, I would contact them to see where the package is. Sometimes they wont leave a package, they have to put it into your hands. It may be on a shelf at the post office waiting for you to pick up.

If they say they delivered your package, you should let your seller know. Paypal may or may not refund your money. It depends on if you bought insurance for your item or not. You can open a dispute with paypal. It usually take about 20-30 days for them to make a decision.

Contact the seller if the item really has been shipped. If not, then ask the seller for a refund.
