can you provide the brand and model of your cam?  and most of the time, the package mentioned about the web site of the product, you can visit their site for the software.

Anyhow, give us the brand and model, and we try to find the software for you.

ok, the camera is distributed by Radica (www.radicagames.com)

they don`t let you download the software (make sense, cuz it`s not just the driver).  But what u can do is call them 1-800-803-9611 (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM Central Time) or email ( [e-mail] ) to customer service and hope they can give u a replacement (but I guess u need to pay a fee for it).
