I bought my Hoover...U5180-910...@ my local Wal-Mart. It is literally falling apart. The sweeper has NOT been abused. Yes, we have 2 cats & a dog but the problems I am having w/ it should not be warranted. The handle has broken. The wheel/roller on the bottom of the machine has broken off & now it has just stopped working. I repeat, this vacuum has NOT been treated badly @ all. I can not be w/out a vacuum.
