I bought my wife a citizen eco-drive wrist watch @ 4-5 years ago. Fro the start it did not keep time properly. Although fully charged, time laged behind.
Secondly, the watch face hands did no match up with the time. At 6 o'clock, it looked like 5 o' clock.
Instead of seeking repair, she stuck it in a drawer and used another watch.
Yesterday she cleaned out the drawer and found the watch. She decided to take it to a jeweler who had repaired my citizen. He told us that the problem was within the watch and we should send it back to the company for repair. I spent several hundred dollars for the watch and would like to see her use it.
My question(s)---How much of a cost would it be to have it repaired (approximately)? I would like to know it it is worth it. Also, where would I send it?
