I bought nokia E71 but when i got virus i formated it but after that map of gps is not opening

i have one NOKIA E71 i formated mobile bcaz i got virus after that i could not open map of gps,version of map is 1.3 so how i can reload map?when i check internet i could not find the same version map so can you help me to reload it( if i try to open map it is showing GLOB but not coming map)

Your phone uses the Symbian S60 R3 operating system. There are no viruses for it, so you're mistaken; your phone was never infected. Normally, formatting the phone should return it to factory settings. Perhaps it came pre-loaded with some additional software which was removed by the formatting? I suggest that you call the tech support desk or take the phone to a repair shop. Tell them that you have formatted the phone - but don't mention any viruses.
