I bought one new furniture...the smell of the polish made me sick...is thr anythig which absorbs the bad smell

  1. return the furniture -it should never smell that badly.


  2. Try moving it out into the yard or carport for a day or two.  It is very likely that you are smelling formaldehyde used in the glues, which are toxic.  A fan and fresh air will help.  Also, many of the woods used are from rain forests, and naturally have insect inhibitors as part of their cell structures.  If it stinks to an insect, it will smell for us, too.

    If that is hard to do, spraying with Febreeze will help as long as it is not formaldehyde.
