I bought one tortoise (4" size) from sea beach 10 days ago,it is not eating anything at all,tried all veg ???

its a 4" size black color small baby tortoise,can not swim into water,how to care it properly so that it will eat smthing.

you cannot properly care for a turtle/tortoise unless you know what you have.

Tortoises do not swim. Turtles (depending on species) may not eat vegetation (not all turtles swim). You need to properly identify what you have before the proper diet can be established.
