I bought our daughter an HP laptop computer for Christmas year before last. We have taken that computer back to Best Buy so much they know us by name. They claim they have even sent it back to HP twice and it still won't work. You can bet I will never buy anything else from Best Buy or an HP computer. When that computer went back the third time, it should have been replaced according to the lemon law. I have already reported Best Buu to the BBB and eveyone else that I can. Now they expect me to pay them a minimum of $300.00 to try and fix it again. NO WAY.
