I bought some Tramontina cookware and it is scratching already is this normal after a few weeks

You are probably using them on too high a heat. You must use only medium heat as they do carry the heat stronger than ordinary cookware.  There should be instructions in the box.

If you are using metal utensils, sure it's not unusual.

If the surface is non-stick, I would get those pieces replaced. Maybe the warranty will cover it.

I strongly encourage you not to use any non-stick cookware that has surface scratches.
