i bought them on April 23rd.

The status says AVS HOLD..what does this mean?

AVS means &quot;Address Verification System).  It means the seller needs to verify your billing address.  It&#039;s possible you typed something wrong or left something out.  It has to match exactly the billing address for your credit card.  Here&#039;s something explains the AVS rules that might help.

I would use your confirmation email to find a means of contact so you can ask.   You would have to contact the merchant directly to get an answer to your question. You HAD to have received a confirmation notice from the Merchant at the point of sale.
