Is there a website or email that I could complain about this so I don't have to waste a trip up to the store for this. They had a whole rack of slim jims that expired on sept. 2006, yuck! I bit into it and it was hard!

  1. ~~Yes, as stated their contact number for the corporate office should be on the website. If unable to find just call any Walgreens and they will give you the number to contact.~~

  2. yes, the corporate website has the information on how to get in touch!

  3. contact walgreens directly

  4. Dial 1-800-WALGREENS or contact another local Walgreens store for information on who to contact regarding your complaint (or comments or suggestions).

As a Walgreens employee myself, I apologize for the mistake and encourage you to contact someone within the company to ensure that the management and staff at that particular store pay closer attention to the expiration dates on the products within the store so that this doesn't happen again.

Ultimately, though. I think the best thing to do is speak directly to the store manager on a weekday morning and inform him about what happened. If he is a responsible individual, he will see to it that it doesn't happen again.
