  1. he scammed you. always contact the seller before buying. And deal with sellers who have a certain feedback (make sure you actually read it)

  2. i hate to say this, but you just got hustled!!!let this be a lesson learned....

  3. if you are unable to contact the seller then contact ebay with all specifics and detail immediately

  4. Report it to Ebay immediately - and always pay through ebay - like with paypal or something.  You should read the warnings & tutorials on Ebay about how to buy safely.  There are many good people - but also some crooks.

  5. did you send a check or did you use paypal? if you used paypal then contact them and you should be safe. if you sent a check then call an 800 number at ebay.

  6. Totally fooled you never buy stuff online!!!

  7. You have to send an email to the people from ebay. Chances are they still have his/her credit card information and might still be able to make him/her pay you back. But get to it! There is not time to waste!

  8. Report it to ebay...

  9. I would contact the seller, it's an option on the page of the item you bought. And just tell him that you want to hear from him or you are going to leave negative feedback. Most sellers hate that, as long they are true honest sellers because the feedback score is important and shows up next their their seller name. I think you can also contact ebay if you don't hear anything and they can block that person from selling.

  10. Well, my first rule of thumb on eBay is that if I haven't received the item after about 10 days, then I contact the seller.  If after contacting the seller with no satisfactory result, then I contact eBay and PayPal and start proceedings against them.  Since your seller has suddenly become unregistered, that sends up a red flag, and I don't think you should wait to contact eBay, and/or PayPal if you paid through them.  Did you try to contact the seller through the e-mail he initially responded to you with?  Try to contact him again, and if you reach him, let him know of your concern, and see if what he says about the delay is reasonable.  if not, contact eBay right away.

  11. Contact Ebay immediately and cancell pay pal if thats possible.  But report the crook

  12. You need to contact Ebay or try to contact the seller.

  13. report them to e-bay. they will have records of who this person is and how to contact them, and if this was a phony sale, they will refund your money.

  14. Ouch. Your only hope is if you paid using Paypal as they have a thing called buyer's protection. If not contact EBay and see if they can help.

  15. How did you pay?  Did you use Paypal?  Hope so!  If so, tell them about it so that they refund you your money!

  16. Log on to Paypal, go to the Dispute Console and open a dispute for "Item Not Received".  Immediately escalate it to a claim.  Right now. If your Seller sends it on to you, great; if not, you're on your way to getting your money back. =)

You have Buyer Protection from Paypal, so you'll be fine.

  17. go to the person or something beat them up or tell the cops

  18. i would report it to ebay right away. you should be able to get your money back if you go through the proper channels. try to make contact with the seller as soon as possible. if you paid with paypal, all should be ok

  19. Report it to Ebay.  They will have records to track down the seller if you don't receive anything.  Unfortunately you may be out your money, but if you paid with a credit card you can contest the charges.  I believe you can do that with paypal as well.

  20. You may have recourse if you contact Ebay and Paypal. Don't expect to get your money back. Did you buy Insurance on the item? If yes... you were smart.. contact the post office.

    Good Luck.

  21. wait tell the 2 weeks is up and then get on ebay and report it to them and they will help you get  you money back. Merry Christmas and have a great New Year

  22. what was the sellers feedback? If nothing comes you can talk to ebay about it. They will track him down. what did you buy and how much money did you lose?

  23. where the item is listed on ebay click on the little drop down box hat says leave feedback click on not recieved item then it will go into a page so you can dispute it and get your money back IF you paid through paypal . If he isn't registered through ebay tht is not a big deal cause he will still have a paypal account .

  24. Contact ebay immediately with your concerns...they got my money back!  Next time use pay-pal, they protect your purchase too.

  25. You should first contact the buyer and ask for some kind of tracking information. If he doesn't respond after sending him multiple emails you can report him to ebay and file a dispute. If you paid by paypal you can also file a complaint through them and they will put a hold on your payment and if you don't receive the product they'll refund you the money.

  26. Contact ebay if it doesn't come.

Check your email to see if he sent you a message saying it was sent.

  27. Did you pay via paypal?  If so, contact them and they may refund your money.

  28. If you payed using Paypal, they can probably straighten it out for you.

  29. i have never used ebay before but it could just be a scam.  some one just looking to trick some one else into buying an imaginary item.  if nothing comes between now and about this time next week, (if there is a way) try to report him to "ebay officials" (if they exist).
