I bought something from gamegoldcity.com and i still havnt got it?

i bought gold from it and i havnt received any email from them about how to get it... i went to customer service and it dosnt work how do i get a refund i used paypal on it

file a report with paypal, they'll contact the seller and make them contact u so u guys can work something out, or if that dosent work, i think paypal will take care of it.
