I bought something online and havn't recieved it who can i complain to?

i recently purchased a item which i have not recieved,who can i complain to about this.and hopefully get a refund

  1. Call or email the company.  Look for a customer service number or email address.


  2. I would first try the firm's help page--customer disservice, after your bank or credit card company.  

  3. If you are In the U.K. then contact your credit card company.

  4. If you bought it on a credit card, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company.

    Send email to the website you bought the item from.

    If you bought it through paypal, you can dispute through paypal too.

  5. If you paid on a credit card then you might have some insurance through that.

    The first place would be whoever the company that you made the purchase from. See if on their website they have a phone number or an e-mail address for queries. Start with them adn see where you get, it may be that they have an explaination. it may be tht it got lost in teh post, you would have to find out who was liable for that, them or you.
