I bought the concert for Diana on dvd but it will only play in black & white on my dvd player?

try another dvd see if its the scart lead on the back of the dvd an tv if it is still black n white

either the settings are wrong on your player or you need a multi regional player.

Check your connections from DVD player to TV once more (Scart, Component or HDMI) and unplug and plug them back in fully again.

Did you check if the dvd was plainly (Black & White (Pals video make).

Did you check the cords of the dvd player ? Also if you have done that? Try and check playing another dvd.

Or return it to the shop where you bought and exchange it but don't forget to try the one you exchange.

Push the connection (scart) lead from the DVD to the TV in properly.

Sure your not playing it on a black and white TV.Don't laugh one of my neighbours who is a bit dippy was just the same bragging she had got the latest DVD player but could not understand why it would not play in colour,Doh.
