I bought the mahjong quest game , and can't bring it up why do i have to pay again for the game?

Whichever company you bought the game from should help you if you send them email asking for help.  Make sure you use the same email you used to buy the game so they can find your info and know it's you.

Good luck!  (If you bought it from Yahoo they're famously difficult to get help from.  In that case it's better to buy from Big Fish Games or Game Socks.)

1. If you haven't downloaded the game already, go to the Yahoo! Games website, find the game you bought, and click on "Download Game" to download your game.

2. Open the game and click on the "Activate your license" link.

3. Sign in to your Yahoo! account using your Yahoo! ID and password.

4. Yahoo! will then check your account for your game license, and then activate the game on your computer.
