if USPS do you know its beeing sent first class, Priorty mail

or parcel post

if UPS do you know if beeing sent air or ground?

if Fedex do you do if the shipper is using Fedex express

or Fedex ground? where it coming from (what city?)

do you have a tracking number?

then we can tell better

also remember when you order something late

on Friday the company ma not even recive the order

till Monday then they have to verify teh billing and then

send the request to the fullment center (or warehourse or

shipping dept (all takes time!) (which may or may be in the same location)
