I bought the wife a TomTom One 3rd edition for Christmas and shes just got round to using it. When I turn it on I get a red circle with a white diagonal cross in the bottom right hand corner. If I use a USB I get the image of a hand indicating not to disconnect and a pictire of a hard disk in the bottom left. Tried resetting but nothing seems to work. Any advice gratefully received
