I bought this DeLorean, but I don't think it's running properly.?

It's an interesting car and fun to drive, but every time I put her up to 88 mph, there's a white flash and I end up in 1955. Is that an indication of a problem with the ECM? Is this a normal problem with this model? Is there a factory fix?

Amazing you were able to post this question from 1955.....but foolish of you to try....you'll never get the answer because you'll be dead by the time anyone answers your question. Needless to say I must be talking to either a deadman, a liar, or a psychopath.

But to answer the question.....it's probably one of the doors. Whenever one isn't shut all the way it sets off a sensor and causes goofy problems like funny noises, white lights flashing  at various speeds (typically around 90 mph) and sometimes timeline relocation incidents.

Just make sure the doors are firmly closed and everything should be fine.
