I boughta computer from ebay and I did a system restore and now theres a password that I can't get past HELP!?

I got a computer from Ebay and it worked fine, but I did a system restore because the person that owned it put some bad programs on the machine, once I did the system restore it prompt the main screen and now I need a password! I don't know the password and neither does the person! Is there any programs that can show me what to do to get into the computer or am I totally s******g myself! I need HELP! I would like you use the computer!

  1. f you don't really care what the password is

    The program at http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/b...

    allows you to re-set the password.

    A similar approach (resetting the password) is possible for XP as shown at

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321305
