Question:

I bowling with a 15 lbs. and should I use a 14 Lbs. for more speed and rev.?

And if I go down to a 14 lbs. would it impact the same as a 15 lbs.

You definitely can do that, because I was forced to make the change due to injury, but there is a tendency to overpower the ball on medium to oily lanes.  Regarding performance of your bowling ball, the lesser weight will still be the same for pin action and how the ball reacts on the lane.  Just remain with a medium to high performance coverstock and core shape ball and you'll be in great shape!

    Professional Bowler and Hall of Famer, Mike Aulby, made the change from 15lb. to 14lb. late in his career and won a bunch of PBA tournaments after the transition to a lighter ball.  Just keep your bowling basics in mind and it will all work out fine.  Good luck!
