  1. Be honest, tell him that you're really sorry and it was an accident. Offer to replace it. He will probably say that it is not necessary because (i'm guessing) you're a kid or teenager and he will understand that you have no real income to speak of. If he does want you to replace it, talk to your parents, see if they can front you the money to replace it and then do extra chores for them or something to pay them back. Being honest is the key though!

  2. all of you were pillow fighting, the blame is on all of you and not just you.

  3. why can't she tell her dad?

  4. if you can glue it back together... either way you must fess up... just tell the truth... 'hey im really sorry ... we were messing around and fighting with pillows and i accidently knocked over your lamp. Im really sorry is there anything i can do to make up for it? ''

saying that shows how grown up NOT CHILDISH you took RESPONSIBILITY for your actions ... it shows a lot and most likely they wont make you pay for the lamp

  5. Just be like, it was an accident and techically its your friends responsibility, it her house and her father.

  6. Tell the truth.  If you can, offer to replace or compensate for it.  After all, it was an accident, not intentional./

  7. u was drinking water, ice got on the floor so u slipped on it and fell on the lamp

  8. Fess up.  Admit you were messing around and you broke the lamp.  Also give sincere regrets.  Ask if you can replace the lamp (I'm assuming it's not fixable).  If you can replace it, do so.  The final act after you have 1. admitted the mistake.  2.  Taken responsibility for the mistake. 3.Expressed sincere regret. 4. Repaired......the number 5. is ask for forgiveness.  After doing 1-4 you'll find #5 comes pretty easily.  Don't jump to #5, do the others first.

  9. If you just tell him that you accidently broke it I really think he should understand just make sure you'all opologize for it.

  10. Tell the truth.

  11. There's something called lying, just ask your friend to lie, because you don't wan to get into the bad books of her father.

Say, "Could you please lie for me? I don't want to get your dad mad, he mght not let me back over to your house again."

And if she thinks he wont then just tell him the truth, it's easy. It is only a lamp anyway, unless it had sentimental value.
