My aerial for my radio snapped in half earlier, and it still works. I covered it with tape.

could it be dangerous?

  1. No but will eventually affect your reception, especially with stations that are farther away from you.

  2. Only if you plan on being around the antennna and cutting yourself with it...

    as long as you protected the end from scratching or hurting someone, you shouldn't have any issues
