I broke my camera....?

Question

okay i broke my nikon camera...for the second time in the same way...what should i do? i sent it in for repair cause the first time they fixed it for free...and now they want $87 dollars which is completely understandable...but then there's shipping and taxes which makes it around $105..should i just tell nikon to send it back to me "as is" and buy a new, better camera thats around $150? which camera should i buy? any opinions and suggestions would really help. thanks a bunches!

It just depends if you want to spend the extra money or not. Hopefully any lenses you now have would also work with the new camera.
