I broke my foot, am in pain all the time

I took the cast off the hospital put on, I have hot sharp pains going through the side of my foot all the time an the pain is getting unbearable help

You probably took the cast off to soon. Better get back to the Hospital and tell them what's going on. They may put another cast on, and if they do, let them take it off at a scheduled time. If you didn't take it off to soon, start soaking your foot in hot water with some Epsom Salt added. Follow the directions on the bag. Take some 600 Mg's of Motrin and rest the foot and keep it elevated when possible. Good luck to you sir.

Why would you take your cast off?? It's not going to heal right and you might have problems when you get older. You might want to go back to the hospital and put another cast on. Ask the doctors to give you some pain medication to stop the pain.
