Question:

I broke my glasses! What should I do?

Okay, my glasses were on the floor, and I stepped on them, I think.

My mom doesn't know yet.

If I tell her or she finds out, she'll flip!!!!

So, I was just gonna tell her that my little sister did it.

She's 2.

She'll most likely believe me.

I'll probably still get in trouble anyway, but this way it won't be as bad.

Should I do this???

Thanks for your help!!! =]

  1. ROFL!!!!!

  2. have her take them to a glasses store..they should be able to fix them....my son has done this to his glasses before...flip flops unless its raining

  3. Be honest with your mother.  I could be your mom and if you were dishonest with me then you would lose my faith and trust in you.  I dont think your mom will be angry, you did not break them on purpose.  BUt if she does get angry she will get over it.  Be honest

  4. Tell her what really happened and whatever the consequences are, you'll have to live with them.Hopefully you'll be able to repair your current pair, depending on how bad they broke.

Oh,and put me down for the Sneakers.

  5. haha

  6. Just tell your mum- worse things have happened before!

If you have a low prescription then you can manage well without them or use contacts if you have them.

I prefer sneakers to flip flops

  7. Or you could say 'I dropped my glasses and they broke.' Honest, but not too honest.

  8. Of course you shouldn't! Blaming others for no reason is really bad. Plus you'll be guilty afterwards. I think that you should just tell her the truth. She'll be even more furious if you lie to her

    Flip-flops!

  9. Be honest.... Things happen like this...

Ask your mother to take you to the optical clinic and get checked up and wear the new one.

  10. Just tell her you broke them.

    Sneakers
