What do I do? I have two options, find someone willing to take him or tell my parents. Finding someone is harder then telling them just to tell you.

  1. just tell them.

they may let you keep it.

if they don't they will help you find it a home.

eaither way, it gets a home  =]

  2. It's your parents house, and they are ultimately responsible for anything, or anyone in it, or yes, you should tell them immediately.  If they don't want the kitten then you need to find a home for it.  Caring for a kitten cannot only be time consuming, but expensive.  You have to take it to the vet for it's initial exam and shots, plus get it spayed/neutered.  This can cost anywhere from $60-200.  Plus you have to buy a litterbox, litter, food and a number of other things.

To bring a pet in the house and hide it was wrong and did not send a message of responsibility to your parents.  I wouldn't be surprised if they tell you no, as much as I love any animal, if my son or daughter did this, I would be very upset at the irresponsibility of the situation.  This is a helpless kitten and now it may suffer because of it.  I wish you only the best, and I sincerely hope your parents are more understanding that I am, and they will let you keep the kitten - but I would also be very surprised.

  3. Tell them. If they won't let you keep it, you'll have to find it a home.

  4. Definitely tell your parents, but do it in a way that won't totally shock them. Trust me, I've done stuff like that with other animals, and sometimes it just didn't have a happy ending.

There is NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO way that you would be able to hide this kitten for much longer. So the sooner, the better.

And who knows, maybe your parents will see that you were responsible enough and had the guts to tell them, they may let you keep it.

  5. Since it is your parents house you should let them know.  It is know more right to let them know.  You may want to start with the parent more receptive to you keeping the kitten.  And let that parent persuade the other on keeping the kitten.  Show both of them you are capable of taking care of the kitten when they agree on you keeping the kitten.

  6. Tell your parents but still don't expect to keep it.

  7. I had done that a couple times growing up, and I learned that the best thing to do is be up front with my parents. I was lucky though, they are animal lovers too. They weren't very happy when they found a puppy in my room one day when I was at school, didn't think about it crying. Also you have to think about food and cat litter. Unless you have a job, your parents are going to have too buy it. My advice is make up a really good argumenton the reasons why you want to keep it. Offer to do more stuff around the house to earn the food and litter and vet bills. You have to show your parents that you are rresponsiblesp) enough for a pet of your own.

  8. you better tell them. they are gonna find out really soon anyways

  9. You need to tell your parents immediately.  It's just not possible to hide a kitten for very long and they are really not going to be pleased if they find out before you tell them.  Take a few minutes (like 10) and make a quick plan of the reasons why you brought home the kitten, how you plan to take care of it and if you are able to help with the kitten financially.

Being prepared might just win over your parents, being sneaky will not!

    Good Luck!

  10. has it had it's needles???are your parents allergic to cats??lets hope you don't endanger someones life, just to satisfy yourself

  11. You should really tell your folks, they should understand. There are alot of places you can take it to so it goes to another loving home. Maybe your folks might actually like having a pet. You never know until you tell them. Good Luck :)

  12. tell your parents and try to talk them into letting you keep it, but you will have to respect their answer no matter what.

  13. just tell your parents.

if u found it on the street all alone, just say you couldnt just leave him there and then maybe if your lucky they will let you keep him.

but i think if you dont tell them and just keep looking for people, you wont find a family in time and your parents will probly find out.

and if you do tell them you might get to keep him!

  14. haha youre going to get in trouble
