I brought an item from Ebay and USPS marks the item "delivered" but i never got it?

I payed for a "buy it now" item on ebay on the 18th. Paypal said the item would be shipped with USPS

I entered in the tracking number and it said the item was "delivered" to my area code and city on the 20th, but it doesn't say my exact address, and i still haven't got anything.

You need to contact USPS and find out where they delivered your package.You might want to contact ebay after that if you need to pursue it further.

First thing you need to do is to check with any neighbors and even other residents of your household. This happens a lot.

Delivery Confirmation does indeed only show delivery to a City & ZIP Code. That is all that it is designed to do.

Definitely contact your local PO to let them know about this. The carrier may recall where the package was left.

It is also possible that it could have been stolen after delivery was made. In that case, the USPS would want to know about that and you should also contact your local Police Department.

Contact the seller and find out what address the item was shipped to. Then contact USPS to see if they can locate it.
