  1. Of course that is normal! It just depends on the toothpaste you are using, because plaque is very stubborn. If you want your teeth to get whiter, than just get whitening strips.

  2. If you want white teeth, you should use whitening toothpaste. If you're just using regular toothpaste, then it doesnt whiten.

  3. TRY USING SALT IT.And go to a dentist.

  4. Use white strips or extra whitening toothpaste.

  5. Super-white teeth look unnatural. A regular toothpaste with whitening is enough. But you can also avoid things that stain your teeth like coffee or tea if their color bothers you.

Whitening strips can also take care of discolored teeth. Your dentist can do the same thing - for a price - but the results are immediate.

By the way, another answerer mentioned about over-brushing. You should not be "scrubbing" them so much that you're damaging your gums. A gentle circular motion works the best to get the plaque away from the gumline. (When you're 48 like me you care about this stuff... periodontal work is no fun at all.)

  6. Yes, that is normal.  In fact, you shouldn't brush your teeth so much.  You'll wear out the enamel, and you can't get that back.  I would aim for twice a day, and use whitening strips.  Whitening strips, however, have peroxide, and that also wears out the enamel.  Just limit your drinks like tea and coffee (those make teeth dark) and use whitening toothpaste.  Also, give it time and be patient.  It will take months, but they will get whiter.

  7. trust me its normal. i used to have the same problem till i was informed on this trick. all you do is get any toothpaste put half of it on the brush then take this ultrabrite toothpaste that you can find in any pharmacy and put it on the other half. then brush.  apparently two different toothpaste working together makes a big difference. if this still fails after a week and still you see no improvement then use baking soda. i used it for my freshman dance and i had pearl white teeth for 3 days XD good luck.
