I avoid sugars as much as possible and when I do eat any food high in sugar, I immediately brush. I see the dentist twice a year for a check-up and every time I go to the dentist they find a cavity. It is weird. I do everything possible to keep my teeth healthy, but I completely fail. Could genetics be an explanation for my problem?
