I've installed an 300 oz 6 plate system in my 1994 ford ranger under the hood .  But on youtube their was a guy with his mounted in the bed of his Chevy s 10 truck. and it is not a scam because I'm getting approx 35-50% better fuel mileage went from 17-20 pre install to 24-28 post install. here is a good link for more info on how to build / adjust and install an hho gen.
