I burned my carpeting with my blow dryer!!!helP!!!how can i fix it!?!?!?

i burned it accouple minutes ago! are there any quick fixes!?!? my parents are clean and neat freaks..they will kill me if they see this..and its not something that i can just put a rug over..they wouldnt allow that.

  1. Clip the burned area carpet fibers with some scissors, then take a clipping from an inconspicuous spot place in the area burned and glue in carefully Good Luck !


  2. putting hot glue from a glue gun will certainly melt the fibers even more. Just clip the parts of the rug enough to get the burned parts off with some scissors then grab a brush and reblend the carpet by brushing back and forth and up and down till the spot is all but invisible. Then you can vacuum the whole carpet and really make a good impression.
