I burned photos on to cd using new vista pc, but cant view them on my dvd player?

I also burned same photos using old xp pc and they can be viewed

  2. Did you finalise the CD? Stand alone DVD players look for a lead-in and lead-out track, and if the DVD or CD isn't finalised, it May not be read correctly by the DVD player.

    Does it play in the PC you  burned it on? If yes, does it play in other PCs?

  3. Make sure your burning them to a DVD not a CD i made that mistake once

  5. simple check ~did you burn them as data.

    if you did they will show on your PC but will not on your dvd player.
