I burned photos onto a CD, and I know they are on there, but the photo kiosk at the store says it's empty?

Why would that happen? I checked my CD on my computer, and the pictures are, indeed, on there.

  1. Your CD might not have been finalized or closed.


  2. They might be in a different file type than the kiosk can recognize.  They usually want jpegs.

  3. The other two posters are right.  Also, they kiosk might not be looking in the right directory.  Ask someone at the store for help.
