I burned with a hot glue gun on my thumb. I burned the nail by just letting a drop of glue fall on it. ?

It didn't hurt or look burned until about two or three days later. Now a little piece of my nail is starting to turn white. What should I do?

Nothing. If it doesn't hurt why do you care?

There isn't much you can do at this point but protect it.  The part that is turning white may be damaged.  If nothing worse happens, it's probably fine, but if it turns black and blue, or red underneath, the nail and maybe flesh is damaged.  In that case, you should keep a band-aid around it.  That little bit could become brittle and break apart.
