I called Geek Squad, what now?

I'm on the phone with Geek Squad right now. Actually, i'm on hold, but i've been on hold for half an hour! Does Geek Squad charge anything? They asked for my address and all this other stuff. Do you think I should just hang up or what? I need to do some homework too...

Here's the problem...

Internet Explorer? Why is it doing this?

Every time it says that a pop-up was blocked, my internet explorer wackes out and when I move to another tab on it, it closes the tab I was just on. What is it doing this and how can I make it stop?

I already tried installing Firefox, but it's still being weird.
