I called microsoft already for my red rings of death?

they said they would fix it for free and sent me 2 emails to my inbox.....one of them had a serial number im guessing you put on the box...is microsoft going to send me a box or do i have to get a box and paster that serial number with addresses on it...

i dont remeber the guy telling me they were going to sende me a box

yes a companey starts with p ups/fedex dont drop off boxs no more iam gussein new company is like a box company gets it to u faster idk

and u take that box and u follow the info and u take it to ups
