I called my friend on his cell phone, it rings a couple of x but it says he is not available. why?

If you got a message that was not his voicemail more then likely he does not have a signal so it is telling you he is not available, some cell companies do that instead of it going to the voicemail.

its either that the mobile loses its signal at that time...or ur friend has cancelled the call ... its out my experience
