I need advise and help is it possible can i go back to UK and live there as a permanent legal resident. because my kids are in trouble in Pakistan. Thats may be the reason because they hv spend four yeasr in uk. pls advise me how i can get settl there.

You won't have any preference in having a British born daughter.

I get the feeling that there is something you're not telling us. You say you stayed in the UK on a tourist visa, however your children spent four years in the UK. Tourist visas do not last for four years so were you there illegally during this time or did you leave your children there for awhile? If you were there illegally then you'll be banned from the UK for up to 10 years (the ban starts from when you leave the UK).
