Yes, you can.  You can get your period and still be pregnant.  If she&#039;s freaked out, tell her not to panic and you&#039;re there for her.  There&#039;s a 24-hour national hotline [phone]-HELP that can connect her to the closest help center for her and her baby.  They have free pregnancy tests, too. It is scary to suddenly find out you&#039;re pregnant, but call for her and listen to her worries.  :)  Also there&#039;s great support on standupgirl.com . I luv that site.

P.S. If it really is your friend (hehe, that is what they always say), then you&#039;re a good friend to ask around for her.  If it really is you, then tell another girl or mom.  It&#039;s relieving to share with a girl all your issues.  Much luv!
