I came to this company, and once I joined, I found another more interesting job, with more salary and much more benifits, I still didn't start processing my residency, but I am working on the employment permit, so what should I do in this case regarding changing my employment permit.

  1. I saw it is not worth continue. You got a betterr job , more interesting to   you and more perks as well salary

    leave Abi Dhabi's company ?/

  2. u shud get a NOC (no objection certificate ) frm ur current boss or he can deport u for 6 months if u r here @ visit visa. If u want legal help u shud go 2 sum expert guy. get the official commerce diractory frm the chamber of commerce n u will see a lot of legal advisers numbers. or u can ask neone who has ne knowlege bout such stuff to help u out.

  3. If you have signed work contract with the company you are working for right now, then you are committed to work for the company and fulfill your contract.

This is because the company, based on such an agreement of employment, has started to process your labour permit and visa, and you - in case you choose to give up this employment, would be subject to a ban.

This is due to the fact that such an act (signing a work contract and not fulfilling it) will be considered a violation of the UAE Labour Law. You are advised to seek an amicable solution with the company offering to compensate them for any visa related expenses.

    Take care.
