Question:

I came up with my diet plan..??

okay, I came up with a diet plan. For breakfast I will eat a banana, a piece of toast(no butter) a cooked egg(no salt) and a glass of water.

for lunch.. turkey sandwhich(no mayo... only mustard) no cheese, carrot sticks and celery.. a teaspoon of low fat ranch dressing. drink 7-8 glasses of water.. and for dinner... a cup of tea with honey and lemon... with celery sticks and carrots.. 10 jumping jacks.. 10 sit-ups.. dance for 30 mins..(i do line dancin) lift a 10 pound weight.... does this sound like a good and healthy plan...?? do you think i will lose weight..

you see, my cousin is getting married october 16.. so i want to lose weight.. so i will look good in my ugly dress that she picked out lol. its brown and orange :( eekk... anyhwo do ya'll think that sounds good??

  1. Salt is not bad for you.I think you need to add something more filling to your evening meal.Maybe a bowl of tomato soup would help.You dont want to feel like you are starving.


  2. the breakfast and lunch sound really great, but i think you might need to add something to your dinner at night.  also, maybe try to walk or jog in the morning to speed up you metabolism and burn more calories.  god luck:)

  4. yes. its a good diet plan, but i would recommend do some fast walking/jogging in the morning first and have 4-5 meals spread out every 2-3 hours. The food in those meals are really good though. Also ho often will you be doing those exercises? everyday? I would also suggest for you to go to the gym or take aerobics classes atleast 3-4 times a week if you want to look extra good!
