I can't access administrator interfaces(user acc,dev manager etc.) and McAfee. Help plz

I don't know what happened to my Dell XPS. It has Vista Ultimate in it, and I am using the administrator account, but I can't seem to access options like personalization, welcome center, system info, device manager, user accounts, power options etc. I tried doing the hack to the default administrator account, but can't seem to use the options there too. Even my McAfee got affected by it, and when I opened it, it was just a box with a white empty space inside it. No options what-so-ever to scan, update or anything. Just a white empty window. Hope somebody can help me with this...please~!

Hello...

Don't worry just do a normal system restore....

And yeah just format your computer if you can't get rid of that...

I'd recommend to use XP rather than Vista...
