I can't add a new group; nor can I add new contacts to existing groups?

I want to add my son's addy to my two family groups. I didn't realize the system had deleted it for some reason - and I cannot get it reinstalled.

I'm trying to start groups of clients listed by cities - and cannot get the system to complete the "add new group" process.

this is a messenger question- there's many versions used also, you'll need to include the version you're using
