That's funny because I find it unBEARable how idiots don't grasp that the loss of endangered species lessens us all.  WOLF you think the U.S. would be a better place without wolves?  That the shores of Florida MANATEE be better off without manatees?  I might just be ranting here... there will OWLways be questions out here that do more harm than good.

You imply that as a black and white issue, there is no room for discussion as people are either black or white on the issue.  You know what nature says about black and white issues?

Zebra.  Colobus monkey.  Skunk.  Kingfishers.  Carabid beetle.  Penguin.  Ringed plover chick.  Jays.  Magpies.  Orcas.  Giant pandas.

Just because something is black and white, doesn't mean that they are mutally incompatible or exclusive.

Let's take a hint from nature and just remember to keep the dialougue open on things.
