  1. think everyone agrees its in circles----i have an electric tooth bruse and it is really great---runs the brush across your teeth much much fasster

  2. I brush slowly and softly in circles for about two minutes, but I mix Sensodyne, Act, and Colgate together.

  3. CIRRCLLESS MAN:)

  4. in circles for 2 min twice a day

  5. in circles for 2 minutes.

  6. soft, circular motion, for 2-3 minutes.

  7. *Brush 2-3 Teeth at a time for about 10 seconds each set.

*Brush fast-not slow (the best toothbrushes are the electric-b/c they are more efficient & faster than human)

    *Every angle side-front/ back/sides.

*Brush in all directions like you said (if not using an electric brush).

*You may need to move your mouth & jaw for best reach!

    *Brush for about 2-3 minutes!

Good Luck & Don't forget to Floss! :)

PS- electric toothbrush means an $80-140 brush, not the $5 battery ones
