I can't change my desktop background!! Enable?

Question

so, i was dumb enough to download this thing to try to watch live stream TV (got the link from yahoo answers actually). but it turns out to be a Virus. Ironically, its called "Antivirusxp2008"(cant remember exactly) and now i cant change the background wallpaper.

it saids its disabled.

Help PLEASE!!!

(I use windows Vista)

Avoid the entire problem by not accessing any of your previous saves in "desksaver or themes" download a new one from any number of sites like "Duval galleries." Select a picture, right clilck and set as background. The virus can't stop you.
